Search by Client Name in the APN. If “No records match” in a search in the APN, a client record can be manually added.
Add a record manually by clicking on the Green Plus Sign.
When the Green Plus sign is selected to add a new case, you will get a popup message asking if you want to Add to CaseWorks.
To add a new MNsure Record in MSE Edition, enter client information.
This must include:
- Integrated Case ID number
- MNsure ID
- Case Owner
- First and Last Name
If the MAXIS Number is known, enter this number and select the Autofill function to add the Client’s information.
When a New Record is manually added, any new incoming documents will be routed to the Case Owner specified during the manual creation of the case.
Once the new Record has been added, it will be available immediately in the APN to bring documents in.
