Favorites DocBoxes allows each individual CaseWorks user to select a list of Favorite DocBoxes in the Document Processing Center. This feature allows each user to specify and view a list of DocBoxes most frequently accessed in their CaseWorks Edition. Some use cases may include supervisors frequently accessing individual DocBoxes, staff working frequently with specific teams or individuals, or marking a DocBox as a favorite for covering other team members.
To set Favorites in the Document Processing Center, see steps below:
- Click on the Document Processing Center from the Left Navigation Panel
- Select Manage Favorites
- In the popup window, search and select your DocBox Favorites
- Click Save
Now select Favorites DocBoxes to see your selected favorites. Select All DocBoxes to see all DocBoxes in the Edition.
Your selected favorites will remain each time you navigate back to the Document Processing Center in CaseWorks.
