The CaseWorks Social Services Edition includes a section called “My Mobile Cases” in the left navigation panel. My Mobile Cases is used to manage cases that you need access to on the CaseWorks Connect app.
To manage My Mobile Cases, open your CaseWorks Social Services Edition.
From the Left Navigation Panel, select My Mobile Cases.
Once you have opened My Mobile Cases, you will see a screen with two tabs: My Mobile Cases and My Open Cases.
My Open Cases are the cases that CaseWorks Social Services Edition recognizes as open to you and that you may choose to add to your CaseWorks Connect app. They have not been added yet.
My Mobile Cases are the cases that you have queued to add to CaseWorks Connect.
Adding Mobile Cases
To add Mobile Cases, first click on the My Open Cases tab.
Second, check the boxes to select the case(s) that you would like to add to your CaseWorks Connect app.
Third, click Add to Mobile.
You will see a message that your Case has been added successfully.
If you need to add a case that is not listed under the My Open Cases tab, first type into the search bar entitled “Select Case to Add.” Just like the all-purpose navigation bar, you may search for a client using any personal identifier: name, birth date, SSN, or case number.
Second, select the case you would like to add from the drop down options below the search bar.
Third, click the green check mark that appears to the right of the search bar.
Cases you have selected will now appear under the My Open Cases tab and may be added to My Mobile Cases using the steps above.
The cases you have added will now appear in the My Mobile Cases tab in your CaseWorks Social Services Edition. These cases are queued to sync with your Caseworks Connect App. Make sure you complete the next steps to finalize this process.
You are now ready to add the queued cases to your CaseWorks Connect App.
Open your CaseWorks Connect App. First, click on the My Cases icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Second, click Refresh Case Data. The sync will begin.
Third, the case(s) you added to My Mobile Cases in CaseWorks Social Services Edition will appear in the My Cases panel.
