If you suspect you are not receiving real time data from the SMI, you can confirm your SMI Credentials.
Note: A red message will show in the scan interface if your SMI Credentials need to be updated.
Click the Update SMI Credentials link in the left navigation panel.
The following screen will allow you to update your SMI.
Enter your SMI Credentials and click Connect to SMI.
If successful, you should see a Checkmark and the message below.
If the SMI Connection was unsuccessful, you will see the following message.
If you received this message, you will need to update your SMI Password on the SMI DHS website.
